Standard application notification integration

Where to find it: Click on your Name (top right) - Account Preferences - Integrations - Services - Application Notification

You can choose an email address that automatically receives applications that are created in Employee Referrals. This enables you to easily forward new applications to your ATS for further processes. Application documents are added as attachment to those emails.

 

Install the standard application notification integration


Go to your "Account Preferences" > "Integrations" >"Application Notification".  Click "Install" at the email integration tile and a new window will pop up.

Enter the email address at "Settings" next to "Email" where all future applications should be sent. To activate the email integration, click "Save".

Adapt the standard application notification integration

 

Go to your "Account Preferences" and next "Integrations".

Click"Installed"at the application notification tile and a new window will pop up. Delete the already existing email address and enter the new email address and confirm the change by clicking"Save".

 

Uninstall the standard application notification integration

 

Go to your "Account Preferences" and next "Integrations".

Click the "Installed" button at the application notification tile and a new window will pop up. Move top right and click "Uninstall".As soon as the application notification integration has been uninstalled, no more application documents will be forwarded.
