Permission to refer a candidate

Data security is important for for us at Radancy and we ensure that every user of Employee Referrals has full control over their personal data.

With our referral function, we provide you with a simple way to refer your friends for open positions in your company, and put them on the fast track to becoming your new colleague.

In accordance with applicable data protection law (e.g. Article 7 GDPR in the EU or Article 13 DSG CH in Switzerland), every Talent Scout is obliged to obtain the permission of the candidate before referring.

We highly recommend to ask for permission from the person you would like to refer via email. To be on the safe side, please save the email and hand it over to the responsible Recruiter in case they ask for it.
