Communication in Employee Referrals

Emails

Some activities in Employee Referrals will generate emails to be sent to different users (admin, recruiter, Talent Scout and candidate). You can see a detailed overview of the emails we send here.

To deactivate email notifications, login to your Employee Referrals account, next to "My Settings" and "Email Notifications".

 

 

Newsfeed

When you login to your account, on your "Dashboard" you can find all the activities from the Employee Referrals company account published. You can see a detailed overview of what activities are published on your Dashboard, here.

 

 

Notifications

In your account at the top right, there's a little bell. As soon as you receive a new notification, a red dot will appear.

Push notifications

To be up to date by using our My Referrals app, you can enable in "My Settings" and "Notifications" the push notifications by placing a tick at "Enable push notifications on mobile".

In the case you’re not interested in receiving push notifications, you can easily revoke your decision by removing the tick at "Enable push notifications on mobile".

Browser notifications

If you would like to be informed about new activites in Employee Referrals on time, you can activate your Employee Referrals browser notifications in the following browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Opera



 

Activate browser notification

 

Log in to your Employee Referrals account and move to the address bar top left and look next at "https://" for the "lock"-sign (in Chrome next to Secure). A drop down window will pop up. Next go to "Notification" and select "Always allow on this site".

To deactivate your browser notification, log in to your Employee Referrals account and move to the address bar top left, and look next at "https://" for the "lock"-sign (in Chrome next to Secure).

A drop-down window will pop up. Next, go to "Notification" and select "Always block on this site".
