Change your email address
Where to find it: Click on your Name - My Settings - Login Details - Change your email address
If your email address has changed, you can easily update it in Employee Referrals as follows:
Log in to Employee Referrals with your old email address, click on your name top right, choose "My Settings" in the drop down menu, and go to "Log In Details".
Under "Change your email address" you can see the email address currently associated with your Employee Referrals account. Click on "Start the process" and a new window will pop up. Enter your old/current email address in "Email" and your current password in "Password". Then confirm the changes/edits with the "Log in" button and the popup will close.
In the additional field/section that appeared below, enter your new email address. Next, click the button "Update email". You will receive an email with a verification link to your new email address to confirm the email address update.
In the email we send you, click the button "Confirm email" and you will be then automatically redirected to the "Login page". From now on, use your new email address to log in.
Please note!
Your new email address will be associated with the Employee Referrals account only after clicking the button "Confirm email" in your email. If you do not tap the verification button, you will not update your email address. Accordingly, you will have to log in to your account with your old email address.
Change your password
Where to find it: Click on your Name - My Settings - Login Details - Change Your Password
We highly recommend that you change your password frequently (every 6-12 months). To create a new password, use different characters like numbers and symbols (!”?,-_), as well as lower case and upper case letters. The password should contain at very least6 characters. Please avoid passwords such as your favorite color, your name, your pet’s name or your hobby.
To change your password in your Employee Referrals account, click on your name in the top right, choose "My Settings" and next "Log In Details".
Under "Change Your Password" click on "Start the process" and a new window will pop up. Enter your email address in "Email" and your password in "Password". Then confirm the changes/edits with the "Log in" button and the popup will close.
In the additional field/ section that appeared below, enter your new password. Next, save it by clicking "Save password".
Please note!
In accordance with our security procedure, you will be automatically logged out from your Employee Referrals account.
