The Reward Shop in Employee Referrals can be activated and deactivated by Admins.
You can use the coins you have earned (see more here) to redeem items of your choice in the Reward Shop. Some items might require to have reached a certain level in order to be redeemed (read more about levels here).
You can redeem an item by clicking on its price (blue button) and then clicking "Confirm".
Your coin balance will be reduced by the number of coins needed to purchase this reward.
You can view your redeemed items under My Rewards > Rewards Shop.
