The "Hot Job" feature can be used to mark important or urgent job openings, its use is defined by your company's Admin.
This feature alerts all Talent Scouts, regardless of their location and department, about the job and displays it at the top of the job list.
If you are not interested in receiving emails about "Hot Jobs", you can disable them in the Notifications section (read more here about notification).
Your company can decide whether or not to use this feature, so you might not see any hot jobs in your dashboard.
