How to use Multi-Factor-Authentication (MFA)?

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an additional security feature that can be activated to protect the login. 

The feature can be activated: 

  • by the company Admins based on roles;
  • by the user, under My Settings > Security > Enable. 


To use MFA, the users need an authenticator app on their smartphones. This app generates the required "key/number code" as a security feature. 

In case you are not able to log in, please contact your HR department. Company admins can disable MFA for single users.
