If you do not want to appear on the Leaderboard (read more here) and be visible to other Talent Scouts, you can activate Incognito mode.
Talent Scouts who have activated Incognito mode can still be seen by Recruiters and Admins in User Management and in Statistics.
Please note that only Talent Scouts have access to the Incognito mode feature. This option is not available to Recruiters and Admins.
To activate Incognito mode, click on your Name > My Settings > Profile, check the Incognito mode box, and click "Save Changes".
