Which are the different user roles?

Radancy's Employee Referrals has three different user roles: Talent Scout, Recruiter, and Admin.

In the table below you can see a detailed overview of each role's permissions.

Account Settings (reward plans, branding, locations, and departments, etc.) x    
Invitation of recruiters and additional admins x    
User Management (deactivate a user, adjust a user role, add/adjust locations, departments, etc.) x    
Invitation of Talent Scouts x    
Administration of jobs, referrals, and applications, reward approval x x  
Share jobs, direct referrals, possibility to give feedback on a referral x x



You can see the overview of your active users by clicking on your name > Account Preferences > User Management > Active Users. 

Users can be filtered for locations, departments, and roles as well as it is possible to search for names, email addresses, and employee IDs.

In this section is also possible to change a user's location, department or role.
